Lori and Treavor’s White Raven Wedding Photography

I love when lines like these make it into my questionnaires:

“Lori is all about family.  They all are super close and play a big part in each other lives.  She loves sharing and having memories with her family.  Lori really wants to have pictures with her family during the wedding.  She wants to be able to have these memories and be able to share them with others.  Ancestry and roots are very interesting to the Sibbitt’s and they all like to conversate and discuss their history and stories.

Treavor’s family does not get together much, so pictures of the Family together would be invaluable.”

I am also all about family and taking photos of people who don’t get together much. I talk about this during my consult calls. I recognize how important weddings are to a couple in that they are bringing together all their most important and favorite people for a day, probably THE ONLY day in their lives to have all these people together in one place. So photography can be so important, and I take the role of documenting that so seriously.

Lori and Treavor were married at White Raven in Alberton, which is one of my favorite venues in the state. It’s close to home for me, which is nice, but still beautiful, quiet, and modern. I arrived very early so there were many getting ready photos, then again a ton of dancing at the end. The ceremony was classic and beautiful, the portraits serene and the reception fun and humorous.
